And hey you, gamer with the over-the-top smack talk, that means you, too. This gay-hating rhetoric thrown around in gaming circles has got to stop.

Never let it be said that I didn't give you every opportunity to fall madly in love with my girlfriend Carrie Keagan.
Two episodes of Power Girl after the jumperoo. In the first, Power Girl thinks she can eat a raw turkey. In the second, she's pretty sure Kevin Bacon is ... made of bacon.
Mmmmm, bacon. Surprisingly Jim Gaffigan is not even IN this sketch.
From G4TV, where geeks get to look at pretty girls with big boobies.

Carrie returns today at 7 eastern tonight on G4 for another go-round on Attack of the Show with host Kevin Pereira.
Maybe, like last time, she'll make bouncy-bouncy just for you! She's good like that.
More behind the scenes stills from her last appearance after the jumperoo.
Want some Carrie right now? Click over to her web home at No Good Television and watch this interview with Bruce Greenwood from Dinner For Schmucks (which I saw last night, very very funny movie) where he's promoting his new film Mao's Last Dancer and talking weed with our girl Carrie.
And more bouncy-bouncy from Carrie as well.
At this link. No embed codes, you'll click to a new window/tab.
Pics after the jump.

Carrie (above), demonstrating the way a LADY gets out of a car (I'm talkin' to you, Britney) joins (presumably) Kevin Pereira on AOTS Monday at 7 eastern on G4.
(That lovely image above by Dimitry Loiseau.)
For those of you living under a rock the past few years, Carrie's the star of the wildly popular Up Close with Carrie Keagan at No Good Television, she a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Assn., a frequent guest on a show I just can't watch (Fox Noise's Red Eye program), the host of VH1 Classics One Hit Wonders and ... she's my pal.
So you'll watch? Okay, because you got nothing for her for her birthday (July 4) and you kinda owe it to her. And while you're waiting until Monday for her G4 gig you can spend some time with her at CarrieKeagan.com at this link.
And since the movie Kick-Ass releases on DVD this Tuesday, why not watch Carrie and the outrageous Shark Firestone talk to the cast in a clip by clicking here.
Do it! You'll thank me later.
Yes, that's "Thanks Oprah?" with a question mark because of all the allegations of vote rigging that have been leveled against the Winfrey organization. That's actually made Zach as much of a sensation as has his generally friendly in the face of adversity demeanor.
Watch a preview of Zach talking to AOTS host Kevin Pereira by clicking this link.
More on Zach and his quest by clicking this link.
Tonight at 7 eastern on G4.
Should you want to recognize Jason when he pops up on your TV I provide a clip below with Alex Albrecht of Diggnation back in his G4 Attack of the Show days, interviewing him as the service launched.
Note: Jason's gotten a better haircut since this interview. And Hulu has a lot more partners now, from ABC to original web product to movies.
Check your listings to see when Charlie runs in your market. Oh, and new today to Hulu is ABC Family's The Secret Life of the American Teenager including all of season one, should you need to catch up.
Clip (from Hulu, naturally), after the jump.

Alexander Skarsgard, voted five times the sexiest man in Sweden.
Five times! And I think he missed out on a sixth only because he left Sweden to work. Apparently, you gotta put in the time to win.
Now this is the kind of vampire I can get behind. Well, not technically behind because I have a sense most of them are not those who would "like you to get behind."
Or, maybe I'm wrong. Someone tell me otherwise.
But at least he's a vampire that, you know, does vampiric things.
Watch him and Deborah Ann Woll (who apparently wouldn't mind more work in scenes with him, who wouldn't?)talk to Olivia and Kevin from Attack of the Show on G4 yesterday. It's after the jump.
(I watched last week's episode last night. Maryann wearing Sookie's grandmother's clothes just freaked me out, why didn't it bother Tara, at all?)
Oh, and click over to the blog VGL (at this link) for a clip from a Skarsgard film in Swedish. It's a shower scene. (Site possiby nsfw depending on where you work, watch at work at your risk.)
Other Olivia Munn news: Jon Favreau cast her as War Machine in Ironman 2, which of course should take her out of reportage mode on the movie, but that's not gonna happen. It's a new world where a segment of the entertainment press crosses over from time to time into the projects they cover. I don't really like it but it happens. In fact, you can watch Munn and Pereira from AOTS interview Favreau at this link.

Because that's what everyone wants to know.
More during G4's Star Wars panel right now on G4 on cable in the west. And I betcha rerun later on, check your channel guide.
More Seth talking about his new Adult Swim show, his Emmy noms and Robot Chicken at this link.
They have it all, live blogs from panels and comics stuff with Blair, and Olivia (no pie, just Olivia) getting her rack cruised by all kinds of guys and gals at the Con and ...
... no, I'm wrong, I'm the bad guy. It was me that was on the cover of Playboy coming out of a p0ol in a bikini.
G4 Comic-Con link is RIGHT HERE!!!
And, I don't know where on the floor they're setting up this year, but if you loiter there (and people will ask you not to) just do your best Tim Conway old man character from The Carol Burnett Show, pictured left, though that does work better with some gray hair.
Finally, gray hair comes in handy.
Starting today at noon eastern and pacific they have their exclusive Star Wars panel, and then at 2 they have three hours of live coverage from the floor. Considering that today is the day for all the Doctor Who stuff, I'm hoping they get live coverage of David Tennant and Russell T. Davies announcing a movie project. No, not sure, but my hunches are always really good. And, it wouldn't surprise me if they kept Billie Piper holed up in some hotel undercover until the moment they do announce.
Or, they should just hire ME for these big press events. I know what works because I know what would work for me.
Also, if you're a Lost fan (yes, my season one DVD set is still sitting here waiting to be watched) there was a live blog of their panel that was attended by Bob Stencil. I'm led to believe you guys get the Bob Stencil reference.
And, there's embeddable video, including the trailer for Disney's Tron revamp, which is after the jump and shows a bit of a creepy character arc for Jeff Bridges.
You know video of these panels will start showing up on YouTube and the network sites. There are rules about Comic-Con exclusivity and time windows that they all sign, but ASAP I'll have what I can find right here.
Just in case you're busier than I this weekend.
For all of you (which this year includes me) who can't get there this year, G4 is doing you quite the solid and bringing you there through the magic of that thing in your living room that all your furniture faces.
They kick things off with Olivia Munn (she of the recent Playboy spread) and Kevin Perreira (he NOT of the recent Playboy spread, though if he wants to send me some Poloroids I'll post 'em here, he's not bad to look at) hosting the Star Wars Spectacular panel Saturday at 2 eastern.
Their press release:
Surprise special guests, folks! That's code for big reveal in my book. What'll it be? I dunno, but you can promote your take on it in the comments section if you like.
Even the day before the official start of the Con they'll be there trolling the floor at the Convention Center and getting you ready, on Thursday night at 7 eastern on Attack of the Show.
Of course, AOTS will be live from the floor again each day, which is cool when you're there. I got to see Clive Owen up close in 2007. Yum, tasty guy.
Saturday, three hours of live coverage from the floor, and they're touted guests like James Cameron, Peter Jackson, Megan Fox, Ben Foster, Rob Zombie, the cast of 24, the cast of the upcoming Sherlock Holmes movie and the cast of ABC's upcoming V.
And more. And more. And more. And, I assume as in years past that they will rerun the coverage just as they end the coverage, so you can watch it twice. And maybe three times.
Megan Fox and Ben Foster. Mmmm, I would pay to watch that, how 'bout you?
And finally, the G4 site will be packed with Con goodies, exclusive vids, more Olivia (for you fans of her) and Alison Haislip, Kevin, their comic book expert Blair Butler, Blair Herter and Chris Hardwick, host of G4's Web Soup.
Check out their Comic-Con 2009 page at this link.
This is MY link to the Con this year, make sure it's yours.
This is all I can tell you (from G4TV's press release):
On Tonight’s edition of Fresh Ink, Blair Butler delivers a big announcement from Marvel Comics.
Two iconic characters will be re-imagined, as a critically acclaimed new artist and writer take over one of the Marvel Universe’s edgiest comics – and most recognizable heroes…
Okay, technically they debuted Tuesday, but those shows were considered previews. Which is just weird, because it's not like on Broadway where a show goes into previews and they keep adjusting until they lock down the show. There are completely new episodes from Tuesdays eps that will air Sunday.
I guess it's just another way to build some buzz.
Anyhow, first the show that I won't be watching again in the future. I have no particular reason, as you know, to watch The International Sexy Ladies Show. My interest in sexy ladies is academic, even clinical, at best.
(Note that G4 doesn't seem to be ramping up a pilot for The International Sexy Men Show, but when they do, I'm available.)
Culled from TV networks worldwide, the show gives you scenes from international TV shows that make our reality television look like graduate school.
See ladies sploshing (playing with food), hula hooping (only if they have big boobs) and generally debasing themselves. On the preview ep, there was this extremely funny/sick clip of a woman getting stuck in sticky red-colored something or other on a garage floor. She was in heels. And a cocktail dress. I'm not kidding. The clip is after the jump. Watch her stunt fall into the goo, it's artful in its unartfulness.
Along with the clips, comics and others like Jo Koy and Sherrod Small crack wise about the clips.
The other show is the Chris Hardwick-hosted Web Soup. Like The Soup (also on an E! Networks channel) but with web stuff.
The preview show was a little off, but I have implicit faith and trust in Hardwick and hopefully he's brought along some of his comedy pals to help write. And, Chris will fall into the rhythm of it. Must be tough for him to follow Joel to this format as they have very much the same comedic tastes. Differentiating the two will be a bit of a chore, but hopefully they'll get there.
I would give you a clip if I could, but I'm having tech difficulties with this one. Just DVR it Sunday night and check it out that way.

Above, G4's woman of gaming and host of G4 Underground (new episode this Sunday at 9 eastern) with Jimmy from her appearance on his show last April 9. Watch a clip at this link.
He joins Kevin tonight live in studio. On Attack of the Show. Tonight at 7 eastern, and then over and over and ... over.
Kevin Pereira, c'mon people you don't have to have his name branded on your behind but you could just make a note of it, he's the host.
(With that chick that falls into pie. No, she does, seriously. Clip after the jump.)
Also after the jump, from last week's Jimmy, Neil Patrick Harris (promoting the TV Land Awards, my red carpet gallery at this link) does a magic trick for Fallon.

UPDATE: I screwed up, it was last night on G4. I can direct you to the clip, it's at this link. I'm trying to find out right now if it will reair. Stand by.
I don't know if you remember this but a couple years ago Bushie was in Sydney for the APEC summit and these guys from The Chaser's War on Everything, the Australian comedy/parody/stuntfest got a guy dressed as Bin Laden all the way past the layers and layers of security to get to the front door of the hotel the US contingent called home.
Tonight, you get to see that whole thing ... on your TV.
Sydney Morning Herald, 9-7-2007:
If only the police had stopped to read the fine print on the "APEC 2007 Official Vehicle" sticker.
"This vehicle belongs to a member of The Chaser's War on Everything.
"This dude likes trees and poetry and certain types of carnivorous plants excite him."
It took a comedian in an Osama bin Laden outfit to rouse Sydney's APEC security monster into action after the convoy assembled by the ABC TV program passed two police checkpoints to pierce the sniper-ridden "ring of steel".
The much-vaunted protection for the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation summit was peeled away with embarrassing ease yesterday by satirists armed with hire cars, Canadian flags and a colour printer.
At 11 eastern tonight on G4.
We'll start with the Morgan Webb part. Of all the people who have been on G4 what it was called before it became G4, I'm pretty sure that Morgan has hung on the longest, along with Adam Sessler, from the old Tech TV days, when I sat there daily and watched Michaela Pereira and Erica Hill provide the commentary for the collapse of the tech economy of the late 90s.
Anyhow, she is capable and smart, as well as hot enough to have swimsuit pics all over the web (no pun intended) and she's the host of this new series which is described as such:
The first episode is particularly interesting if you are the TV guys who are in the process of readying pilot shooting for the ABC-TV revision of the British series No Heroics, a single-camera comedy about superheroes living among us.
This premiere episode of G4 Underground is about real people, in these United States, who put on their spandex and go out into that cold, dark night and fight crime.
Yes, I'm serious. You can't miss that, can you?
Future eps sound just as compelling. Just set your DVR (G4, Sundays at 9 pm eastern), and then when you find yourself glazing over while Paula Abdul rambles on about her jewelry collection to Simon, Randy, and that horrible other woman you'll remember you have something interesting saved to watch that isn't lobotomizing your brain.
TV can be a hazardous place, you have to have backups and contingencies.
Now, about the video, I don't have a preview clip from the show, but I do have a clip from No Heroics, and since I'm priming all of you to be tuned in come the Fall (when I am absolutely sure the show will be picked up) I'm posting it after the jump.
Very funny stuff. You will enjoy. I promise. It's a compilation of moments from the first UK episode.
I get some good invites, but c'mon, this is choice.
More about the event, from Rolling Stone:
The screening was over and Judge was standing on the stage of the Paramount Theatre, in Austin, the city where the movie was filmed. He was participating in a Q&A with the cast, save for Ron Livingston, who played Gibbons, and Jennifer Aniston, who played Gibbons’ squeeze Joanna. Amid roars from Judge’s droll response, Stephen Root, who played mumbling stapler freak Milton, summoned his own breakdown of the acronym. “It stands for … totally pissed off,” Root said in the dopey voice of Milton, not quite approximating all three letters.
Everybody has filled out their own version of a TPS report. Everybody has been threatened by downsizing. Everybody has waged war against the copier machine. Everybody has had an annoying boss who sports two-tone button-downs. Everybody has wanted to set fire to their workplace, or has at least thought about it. That’s what makes Office Space so universally appealing. It capitalizes on the humor of everyday life. Judge’s and the cast’s satirical take on corporate culture is especially poignant in today’s landscape, wherein people are reevaluating their career paths just like Judge did shortly after college.
After the jump, watch interview excerpts from Alison Haislip at G4 with Stephen Root, Diedrich Bader, Gary Cole and of course Mike Judge, who is interviewed at the restaurant they used as Chotchkies.
I have one question, is the bearded guy I've circled in yellow above really Dave Herman? Because that was my third guess until I stopped the clip and grabbed a still, which is posted above.
Oh, btw, no Livingston, no Aniston. I kinda get Jen, and if I was running the thing I wouldn't be able to afford the security to protect her, but Ron?
What if he was scheduled to appear but canceled with them on a Post-It, wouldn't that be ironic?

In other words, I'm totally in!
Nah, I'm not angry and bitter, I'm more disappointed and sour. Maybe by next year though, keep your fingers crossed!
My favorite passage from the press release from Kelly at G4:
Throw cupid out the window this year and enjoy the series that for a decade has documented some of the most outrageous behavior on TV. One infamous confrontation even resulted in the nonfatal stabbing of the show's host, an incident which E! Entertainment later placed at No. 2 on its list of "101 Craziest TV Moments."
So curl up bitter and angry with a box of chocolates as G4 presents 12 hours of fistfights, screaming and non-stop drama in back-to-back episodes of "Cheaters."
Twelve full hours, starting at 5 am eastern, for those of you who wake up mad.
In the clip after the jump, watch the cheating SOB climb a tree rather than confront his GF.
Saturday on G4.

You know those ImprovEverywhere clips I run every now and then?
Think of this show, The Chaser's War on Everything, as the 'roided out and appropriately more aggressive cousin of the IE people. With Aussie accents and a more specific agenda.
For example, in the second episode that airs tomorrow on G4 (at 9 eastern, it premiered last week), these guys go out to the Sydney Harbour Bridge (you remember me kvelling over Sydney around New Years, right?) dressed as an American tourist -- or their idea of what one looks like, anyway -- shooting video of the bridge.
Then they come back in pantomime Al Qaeda dress. And the difference in the security response between these two instances is what Chaser's is all about.
And it's about this (from their website):
The Chaser is a satirical media empire which rivals Rupert Murdoch’s
News Corp in all fields except power, influence, popularity and
profitability.
The Chaser is the group behind ABC TV series The Election Chaser (2001), CNNNN (2002) and CNNNN Live
(2003) which together have lost a host of Australian and international
TV comedy awards. However, their credibility-building run of losses
ended in 2004 when CNNNN tied with Kath & Kim to
win the Logie for Most Outstanding TV Comedy. In 2005 they won the
Logie for Most Outstanding TV Comedy with the hugely popular, The Chaser Decides (ABC).
In 2007, the team returned to ABC TV with The Chaser's War On Everything, which won them two AFI Awards (Best Comedy and Best Comedy Performer for Andrew Hansen), as well as one pending trial.
Of course I have a couple of clips for you, and it's after the jump. So you'll try it out, right?
Good.

Because if you did, I would really like us all to get together and file a class action suit against G4 to see if we can get that half-hour of our lives back. Sheesh, it was just crap.
(And, btw, I had previously wondered what episode this recap show was going to highlight, as I figured that they would start last night with the second season premiere. Instead, they very quickly caught your up on all this season's eps, so that's no longer an issue, I guess.)
First the hosts, who of course are not even fetus age but zygote age bring out Tim Kring who tells us that all our questions about the end of the first season (like how Peter ended up in a shipping container in Ireland) will be answered in episode eight. I take that with a grain of salt.
Then he starts to tell us that he needs to educate us on how to watch the show, and my heart starts to sink, because the second a creative guy starts telliing you how to look at his creation, there's something seriously wrong. One's creation either stands on its own or it fails. You can't lead me through the maze and still tell me that I was responsible for my completing it, and you can't tell me how to watch your show and expect me to enjoy it. I have to find a way to enjoy it on my own.
So, at this point I'm not just disappointed that this program is kind of lame but I'm even more disappointed in what I hear Kring saying, and all I could think about is how much better season one of Torchwood has been than season two of Heroes and how only 247,000 people are watching Torchwood in all of the US.
Idiots.
Anyhow, they later had a taped piece with Jack Coleman, which was fine if not a bit dull, and they did talk via webcam to Ryan Stewart from Heroeswiki.com and someone else.
All in all, however, it was a complete and total waste of time.

...it's all leading to G4 already starting to run season two episodes on basic cable. And, they're gonna do an interactive fan talk show immediately afterward.
It just seems so strange. Granted, this isn't a show you'll ever see in network rerun so you might as well sell off that second airing quick while the gettings good, but with all the ways there are to watch a TV show these days you would think they wouldn't want to dilute the live episode audience pool any more than they have.
The other thing is that G4 is a very young skewing channel and just this week for the first time this season I think (I'll have to check TVByTheNumbers.com) they lost in the demo for their time period to Dancing With The Stars, which is the number one show of the Geritol crowd that I so rapidly approach.
And the fan talk show after sounds like a good idea until you realize that any true fan of the show will be six episodes ahead, because that's how long the lag will be. So, does the show talk about the episode just aired? The episode aired the previous Monday on NBC?
You should read some of the reaction at the G4 website. You would think that someone offed Will Wright. These people need to relax. If nothing else, if you happen to miss an episode at least you can see it on the TV instead of your computer. That's a plus.
There's some serious Heroes backlash going on out there right now, though, and I don't think a lot of it is so well founded. Sure, I'd rather see the feudal Japan thing just go away and Hiro return to the present ... and I will also say that I don't buy for a second that Sylar (or rather, Gabriel Gray) just happenes upon Maya and Alejandro (and of course the feature-packed Nissan Rogue -- I'm still hoping they send me one if I mention it enough), but other than those things I'm so on board.
First thing I wanna know is who it was that Elle called "Daddy." I'm thinking it's Bob from The Company. Then I'd like to know what actually happened up in the sky with Nathan and Peter. And I'd also like to know what happened in that sewer that night.
I think a lot of people were disappointed that there are untied loose ends from last season so far into this season.
I do enjoy, however, that a shlubby overweight guy (kinda like your host) is the big villian of the season. Matt's dad is played by Alan Blumenfeld, you I know you recognize from all kinds of episodic TV and film work. Interesting, he doesn't have this credit on his IMDB.com page.
Seriously, though, people need to cut the vitriol. It's a TV show, folks.
It all sounds kind of not too thought out to me. Still, I'll give the post-show a look once or twice.
In any event, here's the preview for tomorrow's episode, called "The Line," and it looks like it could be a good one.
