Here he is, girls. More pics of Biebs at the Globes rehearsal day at this link to the Golden Globes site.
Note that the background of the image indicates that Justin will be sitting at a table with Halle Berry. I predict that by 7:00 pacific time there will be a rumor on Twitter that Halle is pregnant with his baby and five minutes after that girls on Twitter will make death threats on Halle.
Because it's 2011 and that's the world we live in.
Okay, enough Bieberpimping. Click over the jump for my TV predictions. I'm never right, but it doesn't stop me from trying.
Drama Series -- It'll come down to The Good Wife on CBS and HBO's Boardwalk Empire with the former winning because 1) It's a west coast show and most of them are here, 2) Everything on Boardwalk Empire looks like it was photographed through dirty dishwater.
Drama Actress -- It won't be Piper Perabo, I'll tell you that (if I had to pick one nomination I thought was purchased it would be this one). I don't watch FX's Sons of Anarchy because I feel like if I said one bad thing about the show its creator Kurt Sutter would hunt me down like he would a moose and slaughter me, but I have heard many good things about wife Katy Sagal's monster season on the show so I choose her. If not her then Ms. Bacon (Kyra Sedgwick) in The Closer because it's the final season.
Drama Actor -- Bryan Cranston again, and again and again until Breaking Bad ends. Sorry Jon Hamm, I still love you to bits but Walt White is too big a character to beat.
Comedy Series -- 30 Rock? Modern Family? Not Glee, I don't like it in this category anyway (and in fact I believe we should be voting for hour long and half hour shows in separate categories). I'll say Modern Family because (once again) it's a west coast show but also because it's a newer show, shinier, and you know how people with limited intellects like shiny things.
Comedy Actress -- I'm going with Laura Linney for The Big C. I would wager, however, that it will be Lea Michele, just a hunch.
Comedy Actor -- I'm always gonna go with Alec Baldwin, no matter the competition, which primarily comes from Emmy winner Jim Parsons.
Miniseries -- The Pacific, safest bet of the night. Hands down winner.
Miniseries Actress -- Not Jennifer Love Hewitt. Sorry, honey, your prostie drama doesn't rank. If you win the Globes made money off it, plain and simple. It's Claire Danes anyway, the Emmy winner for Temple Grandin.
Miniseries Actor -- Edgar Ramirez is supposed great as Carlos the Jackal in the Sundance Channel mini. I loved Idris Elba in BBC America's Luther. It won't be either of them, though. You got Ian McShane, Dennis Quaid and Al Pacino, all marquee names. Didn't see any of their projects, can't even begin to tell you.
TV Supporting Actress -- This category and the male version of it suck. You can't compare a role in a movie or mini to a series supporting role. Apples and oranges folks! Having said that at least it will come down to two series roles, Sofia Vergara in Modern Family versus Kelly MacDonald in Boardwalk Empire. I choose the latter contending that the voters will choose a drama role over comedy.
TV Supporting Actor -- Lotsa names here. I'm choosing Chris Colfer in Glee. Could also be Eric Stonestreet, the Emmy winner for Modern Family. My heart chooses Chris.
Let's see exactly how wrong I can be tonight on NBC.

I actually did okay with five correct. Usually I do far worse. Still, the Laura Linney win shocked a lot of people I'm sure. Fantastic TV, watching Gervais walk the tightrope. Not always funny, but always compelling.
