Sure, it's great that Joel gets his shot at network prime time. Love Joel, love his current show on E!
But I'll miss Joel on his current show on E!
How do you replace McHale? I have no idea. He is mind-bogglingly ruthlessly funny on The Soup.
Variety remarks today, "On the comedy side, Peacock programmers are said to be high on the single-cam project from Sony starring Joel McHale as a guy who becomes part of an unlikely family after he enrolls in a community college class."
So, he certainly can't do both. What happens n0w?
After the jump, from tonight's Soup Joel plays around with Dominic Monaghan from that Wolverine movie thing, just for you. And, watch the slo-cook method tonight at 10 on E! while Joel's still there.
Other pilot news at the Variety piece as well. Nothing yet on No Heroics. I'll try to find out what I can on that, especially for you Tom Riley fans that keep popping over.
And thanks for that, btw.
Once again it's that time of year that we are on the lookout for JMcH pilot news. I still think NBC screwed the pooch by not picking up The IT Crowd.

You are ace! Thanks for keeping on eye out for "No Heroics" news -- we should hear something in the next two weeks or so, right? And if you, you know, happened to interview Tom or post some pictures, that wouldn't go amiss either!!

My very inside sources say May 19, but just possibly a little sooner.
I'm on it! Thanks for stopping by, Liz.

Joel says that he is staying with The Soup for now and says that even if Community takes off he'll see how long he can handle both.
I hope so, The Soup rocks!
