Aw, what a shame. I was kind of looking forward to this and now that I've seen a couple of sketches from James Corden and Mathew Horne's show on BBC Three and hearing what our pal Rob Buckley (not that one, once again) said, well .... I guess "aw" is the best I can do.
Not awe, just aw (maybe followed by a shucks if you wanna come off as a wholesome type, which I don't).
For example, there's a sketch called The Silent Farter.
I know, I wrote that sketch, when I was 12.
I have a clip after the jump that the BBC YouTube admin forgot to make unavailable to me as a non-UK citizen. It's Corden as Ricky Gervais in a war movie trailer parody.
More from Rob in a recent email about the show ...
1) Are you over 21?
If yes, go on to step 2
If no, be very, very excited. It’s fantastic and will speak to you!
2) Have you ever seen a TV comedy programme before?
If yes, go on to step 3
If no, be very, very excited. It’s full of really original jokes!
3) Do you find the mere idea of gayness, nudity and men kissing the funniest thing in world history?
If yes, you’ll love it! It has some real classics!
If no, you might want to calm yourself down a little. That’s all I’m saying...
I would watch it myself and let you know what I think, but even the people who throw this stuff up on torrent sites I trust don't think enough this particular show to share it with others.
So, let's all look at the clip after the jump and shake our heads disapprovingly together, okay?
Okay.
