Obama SNL Appearance Postponed, Tina Fey "Likely" as Palin
The Democratic presidential candidate had been booked for the NBC
show's season premiere on Saturday. His appearance will be
rescheduled for a more appropriate time, his campaign said.
"In light of the unfolding crisis in Texas, Sen. Obama has decided it is no longer appropriate to appear on 'Saturday Night Live' tomorrow evening," an Obama spokeswoman said.

You still get Michael Phelps as guest host and, more than likely, an appearance by Tina Fey as Sarah Palin.

Fey is "likely" to return to her former show Saturday to play the
Alaskan governor and Sen. John McCain's running mate, a person close to
the show told The Associated Press on Friday night. The person
requested anonymity because the decision has not been announced
officially. No further details were available.
