Doctor Who's David Tennant Talks to Parkinson -- Video

I thought since it was Supernatural Saturday on BBC America, I would post this two part clip of the Tenth Doctor talking to Michael Parkinson on his self-titled BBC ITV chat show. (UPDATE: An anonymous commenter -- hey, someone used the comments section! -- notes that Parkinson moved to ITV a couple years ago.)

It would certainly be nice if BBC America started running Parkinson again. I enjoy the show a lot.

I'm turning off the computer for the day. See you all tomorrow.

Currently, There Are 5 Pics of Kim Kardashian on the E! Homepage

Kardashian_hilton

Think she might have a reality show airing on the network? Do you?

You know what I find interesting, every time there's some sort of rich family in Hollywood reality show, there's someone named or formerly named Jenner on it.

If you'll remember, there was the Sons of Hollywood thing on A&E, the Brody Jenner other reality project that ran during the Summer on Fox about Princes of Malibu or something, and Brody Jenner is showing up now on The Hills.

Bruce Jenner might be the most prolific reality show participant on the planet Earth. Just go look at his IMDB.com page.

Linda Jenner Foster? Every time I turn around I see her somewhere, and she seems to have no discernible talent.

You know, I didn't even know that Kim Kardashian's dad had passed away. I thought him and his wife were still married. Robert Kardashian was OJ Simpson's attorney and pal at one point. Now, there's someone whose entire life is a reality show.

The irony? That we keep calling them reality shows.

Your First Look at Drew Carey on The Price is Right

You know, it's already October 13 and Drew starts his new gig on Monday (check the listings of your local CBS affiliate).

And, in personal news, Drew is engaged.

AP:

Carey, the new host of "The Price Is Right," got engaged to Nicole Jaracz, a recent graduate of culinary school, on Tuesday, said his spokeswoman, Christina Papadopoulos.

"It will be the first marriage for both. No date for a wedding has been set yet," said Papadopoulos, adding that Carey and his bride-to-be are "very happy and excited about their future together."

A Quick Note on America's Most Smartest Model

By the way, you can watch the whole episode by clicking over to VSPOT (new window will open, you gotta click around from there to find it). I really only caught the last 20 minutes.

There was one guy who I don't think caught on to why he was there. Seriously.

I don't know where they found these people. But it has the added advantage of them all living together during the competition, or at least I think so. I dunno, everyone's always in their underwear, what am I supposed to think?

Here, you need to meet some of them.

And Then News Corporation Spoiled All the Buffy Singalong Fun

Buffy_musical_episode

E! Online:

After learning that fans of the canceled cult favorite have been, horror of horrors, demonstrating their undying love for the show by attending theatrical screenings of the Emmy-nominated musical episode "Once More, with Feeling" for the past year, 20th Century Fox's attorneys started sharpening their stakes.

The studio, which owns the rights to the former WB (then UPN) dramedy red-lighted the dress-up and sing-along tour this week, canceling all future screenings—including a three-night run scheduled to kick off tonight in St. Louis at the Tivoli theater, which had already sold out for Friday's show.

Instead, the Landmark-owned spot will host three free screenings of Serenity, the feature-film spawn of another beloved Joss Whedon creation, the short-lived sci-fi drama Firefly.

I've just edited myself for the first time.

There were things said in bad taste.

The point of it was that News Corporation never found an opportunity to squander goodwill that they didn't like.

But I apologize for the other stuff, which is probably still on the feed anyway.

I don't know if they go to raves held by Satan. That in fact was a reference to last week's episode of Lucy, Daughter of the Devil, which isn''t even a Fox show.

Carry on.
